Agreement In Principle Translate To French

1 There are difficulties in translating “the fact” because it sometimes refers to the action of a person and sometimes more generally to the fact. We have therefore translated it differently depending on the context.2The general opinion. The French use “her” (she) in this context because of the reference to the game. Throughout the translation, we follow the convention of the English statutes and use the masculine singular of personal and possessive pronouns (which can be read that they refer to both the feminine or the casstrators), instead of “him/her”, 3If “solemn” refers to a certain category of contracts requiring formalities, “solemn contracts”: see below, art. 1172 – 1173.4 “Custom contract” translates as an over-the-counter contract, which has the meaning of a contract in which the parties meet in an amicable agreement. 5 “Standard Form Contract” translates membership contract, literally “a contract to which one sticks” and whose conclusion therefore contains little or no choice.6 “Performance Act” translates in all cases Presstation, except in the compound phrase “service delivery” translated as “service delivery.” See also note 10 of art. 1127-1. 7The “general law” (translated as “common law”) refers here to the general law of non-contractual liability for misconduct Art 1240 – 1241, provided the parties have entered into contractual agreements during the negotiations. 8The European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/31/EC of 8 June 2000 on certain legal aspects of the information society`s services, in particular e-commerce, in the internal market (hereafter the e-commerce directive) on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular e-commerce, in the arts9-11. If the text of the order corresponds to the wording or terminology of the French version of the directive, we have used the equivalent in the English version of the directive.9″Professional” (i.e. as an adjective) refers to a company as well as to a profession in the usual English sense.10 “Service service” is the term in which we do not translate “Service” as “performance act”. In a compound phrase such as this (“supply of goods or provision of services”), the reference to “supply” refers to both four nitures (property) and the station (services).11 `Worker` here (and to s. 1242) translates `attendant`.

Although it is a person who works for another person under an employment contract (in the sense of an employment contract), it is broader and extends to other situations where there is a “subordination link”. The other part of such a relationship is called “employer,” which we translate as “employer”: see art. 1242. We reserve english “agents” to translate “agent”: cf. art. 1301, below.12`[A person subject to an order authorizing his family to act on his behalf” explanatoryly translates “the person the subject of a family authorization.” On this family of empowerment see Art 494-4 and following of the Civil Code, as inserted by ordinance No. 2015-1288 of October 15, 2015 on the simplification and modernization of family law.13We have translated “opposite” and its coded terms as “against.” The meaning of the French term is that a person (or, as in section 1156, not) can avail himself of a contract or other legal act against another person.
